on a cingular phone, where do you need to send an email to recieve it onto your phone as a text message?

i use cingular, and i want to send some files from my computer onto my phone. i wanna send it from my email, but have my cell phone revieve it as a text message, not an email. also, i use a sony ericcson z525a, so does anybody kno what is the max size a text message could be? and does it cost more for a bigger message?

try [e-mail]

size shouldn't affect the cost, but I think my large messages have been broken up into separate messages at times.
