Have him reach up in there and get it out. It couldn't have gone any where, the vagina isn't an endless pit.

You better go to the doctor to get it removed or else bacteria will build up. Its like leaving a tampon on for more than 8 hours. Its bad

You will have to get it out yourself. Squat and cough, the coughing actions will cause your muscles to contract and will help the condom come out.

this has happened to me twice and i just sat on the toilet and relaxed and pushed and it came down so i could grab it and pull it out. if that dont work you will have to go to the doctor.

This happened to my wife, and she went to her doctor and had it removed. hope this helps you!
