What makes a movie scary for me? uuuuummmm.... I would have to say the way they make the scary faces, the atmosphere and the music. (gets me all the time) I hate the way horror movies are mad these days with blood, blood and more blood.. DISGUSTING!! So Joey its been about...lets say... two weeks since you've told me that you'd watch Passions. What did you think of it?

A movie is scary for me when people talk in that freaky eachoing voice like in the Lord of the Rings- Fellowship of the Ring... When they go to the wood elves and Gladriell and Frodo are standing around that water well and looking into the future and she turns red and her eyes glow and her voice gets all echoy. I can't watch.

A scary movie is when it is in 1st person view and a deformed creature running towards the camera.

One sentence makes a movie scary for me ..
"BASED ON A TRUE STORY" ... If I cant say "ITS JUST A MOVIE" then I freak out ...
Clowns also scare me as a clown chased me around the lagoon at the teddy bears pinic when I was a child .. still remember it ... still scared of clowns till this day..

When there are surprises! it scares me like totally!! heh =P sometimes if it is like really freaky faces!! ahhhhh that would scare me too.. i sorta like horror movies... its aight =) Lol o in the movie Saw 2 i like got scared on when the girl like fell in the needles ouch i h8 needles!!! ewwww. I could like feel the pain man!! lol haha i still never seen the grudge or the grudge 2 or even the ring!! lol i heard they were a lot of surprises there =P haha i'm still like scared XD ahhaah but yeah overall its aight =D nice question though

a good story, lot of suspense and over all the sound effects, it could be the complete difference between a excellent horror movie or a comedian horror movie.

When a man dresses as a psychotic clown child killer and dwells in sewers and says "WE ALL FLOAT" and pops up in your drains..yea, that scares me more than blood and guts

that fact that is is based on a true story or actual event. i have never and will never see any of the exorcists (spell?) or texas chainsaw massacres

Cutting a body open, or mutilating it in someway (blowing it up, etc)...that stuff really freaks me out (ex:SAW III !!!)
