They are at random, no you cannot sue the person that kicks you. it is for the rest of your life.

Oh, and no, only you get the kicks, you cannot have someone else take them. But hey, it's only twice a week, as long as you remember to wear a cup at all times of the day and night, and while sleeping...

I choose to be fabulously wealthy, and after I buy my custom made cup, the kicker will no longer be the best kicker in the NFL.

Start out poor and build yourself up. Two kicks in the groin will eventually do damage. No kids, bleeding. Maybe death. You will feel much more proud doing building up yourself
