Different body shapes can do that. Maybe bigger hips or bigger caboose or wider waist. My sis and I share clothes but she is taller with longer legs while I have bigger thighs and a smaller waist. Try measuring around your waist, hips, thighs and compare. I love the fact that we can share clothes because my wardrobe doubled in size.

how can you be smaller than her and wonder if your fatter or have a bigger butt than her? its just a coincidence, your pant size doesnt really say how big your butt is or anything like that its just kind of a general size of you. if that makes sense=)

Well, how do the pants look on each of you? Where they are baggy on her is it the same on you? Or vice versa? Both of you try on the same pair of pants and check out where they fit you differently. That should give you your answer.

could mean alot of different things..maybe one is more muscle or fat-a bigger butt or bigger thighs

No, it just means that you have a more athletic build or have more muscle. Not everyone is built the same.
