It was, in my opinion, the best because it challenged not only your thinking, but your belief and morality system as well.
"If there was a test that could prove that the child you were carrying would grow up to be homosexual, would Christians be having more abortions?"
That is a poser

Best question I can think of was something like 'Is it possible to record from the BBC playagain web site.
The reason is because this is something we wanted to do, but never knew how, someone who answered it never knew either, but was inspired to try an experiment, discovered how to do it, and it was so easy, she gave him the answer in an edit, she was delighted to have discovered it, and I was delighted to learn it.
Couple of sore points here though, the questioner didn't rate questions, the answer disappeared because Yahoo falsely accused her of a violation.
But never the less, I learnt how to do something I had long wanted to do by looking at that question and DoctressWho's answer, before it was deleted.

Probably the one that led me to watch "What the bleep do we know" and the one that led me to watch two different hour and a half long videos about conspiracy theories regarding the WTC...both left me with totally new perspectives.
There was also the one where I saved someone's life...but that wasn't exactly classed as the best question...just one that I was likely destined to run across. :~)

Not fair... there's quite a few I liked. I really admire the creative ones that get me thinking and the silly ones that make me smile.
