Well it depends what exactly you mean when you say biggest...
By space - Boeing claims that its Everett Plant near Seattle, Washington, United States, is the largest building in the world by volume.
By footprint - The chiefly one-storey Aalsmeer Flower Auction, the Netherlands, with its 990,000 m² of floor space is probably the world's largest building in terms of both footprint and floor area.
By floor area - The Aalsmeer Flower Auction also holds the record by floor area. The Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with its floor area of 700,000 m²
By mass (in tons) - The heaviest building in the world is the Palace of the Parliament in Romania (see above), made of 1,000,000 m³ of marble from Transylvania and 700,000 metric tons of steel and bronze.

by "biggest" i guess you don't mean "tallest" or you'd have said so. SO...my guess is some Boeing production facility building 747's...gotta be pretty huge space under roof in that one.
