Naruto - Creative, action-filled, original and fun to read or watch. The characters are all well developed and have different personalities. The only downside is probably that most of the characters have depressing pasts, but that just makes the storyline more interesting.

Bleach - The show is filled with completely random moments that will will appear when the setting is too serious. It's worth watching, but isn't the best show out there.

Hikaru no Go - Strange that you can like this without even having the slightest clue how to play Go. This is the type of show where you get to see the main character grow as the show progresses, which is always fun and interesting to see. It's hard to explain why this show is so likeable, but it's just something you have to see for yourself.

Full Metal Alchemist - Despite serious appearances, FMA is full of humor and an extremely bizarre and original storyline. The characters are likeable and easy to sympathize with, and the "villians" are all very interesting. The best thing about FMA is that the anime, manga, and movies are basically all different stories.

Ouran Koukou Host Club - Humor in every episode, great graphics, adorable characters, random plot, etc. etc. The best shojo anime I've ever watched.

Inuyasha - The only bad thing about Inuyasha is the fillers and the random ending for the anime. It's a great action packed show with a few good movies, although some parts are a little repetitive and can get annoying.

Samurai Champloo - Short and fun. Kind of a weird show, actually, which makes it difficult to explain. You either like it or you don't.

Other good shows that I'm too tired to describe would be Fruits Basket, Nana, Death Note, and Prince of Tennis.

Hope this helped... :]

Bleach - It has no fillers(Although there's the Bount arc that doesn't appear in the manga-i think that's a filler), great storyline. You have to be nuts to miss this anime. Opening and endings are great-i prefer openings.

Naruto - Fillers. The bad thing. Other than that its a great anime too. You have to watch it.

Chrno Crusade - 26 ep. Verii short to me. Storyline ok-although it sometimes is boring. Not bad. Opening/Ending great.

Shaman King - Yep. 64 ep. Cool. Not bad. Storyline is fine. Humour in it-So funny. Watch it.

Inuyasha - Fillers again. Its good, and the opening and endings are great. Although sometimes you get bored with Inuyasha using the same attack.

Jigoku Shojo, aka Girl from Hell - Really a new theme to me. Its great, and the songs fit the anime perfectly. Watch it.

Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge is the name of the Anime series but the manga is called Perfect Girl Evolution. Why is it the best? Because it's freaking hilarious! Ooh and Ouran High School Host club is pretty cute too! Plus Azumanga Daioh!

Does no one know Ghost in the Shell SAC? It is the best for people who like anime with action and humor, but also some deep stuff to think about. Really deep. Like you can write an essay on it deep. So deep I really don't understand it. But it is really good. If you like the Matrix (1st one). you'll love Ghost in the Shell.

Why do people say Family Guy, Simpsons, Boondocks, etc.? The question said "anime", not "animated". I really like Naruto because of the complex and well-developed characters.

Depends on what you like. But girls seem to be fond of Ranma 1/2, since it deals a lot with interpersonal relationships.
