I am a thin woman but a few months after I started taking antidepressants, I started to gain weight---but just in my abdominal area. Everywhere else is the same as before but now I've got a gut!!! I've been using the treadmill regularly but can't seem to flatten my tummy. What should I be doing? Will I regain my flat tummy after I stop taking the medication?

I took judo many years ago and our "judo situps" have given me the most wonderfully flat stomach of anyone I know, and I'm not into fitness or anything.
Here is how to do it:
Tuck your feet under a heavy object, like the butt of a friend, or a bedframe. Bend your knees so that the backs of your knees are at about a 90-degree angle. Put your hands behind your head.
Lean back so that your back is at a 45-degree angle to the floor.
Twist left and touch your left elbow to the floor. Twist right and touch your right elbow to the floor. Try to do this without changing the angle of your back to the floor.
After about 20 of these, you'll be tired. Tomorrow your stomach will hurt if you laigh. Afer a few days the pain will go away. Work up to about 80. You won't even need to do them every day after a while.
