Well in history minorities were excluded from alot of awardsceremonies and organizations that were hosted by the mainstream. They had to look for a way for inclusion. So if mainstream America was not going to acknowledge them then they would recognize each other. Therefore you have the image, naacp, essence, bet awards just to name a few. As well as other black organizations. On numerous occasions I have seen more than minorities attend these awards so I really don't think they are trying to exclude anyone. I don't get how this is reverse racism please explain.

WOW. i really can't believe you actually asked this question. First of all, White is the standard of EVERYTHING in this country.
Second of all, those organizations were started when minorities were not accepted. So, just because blacks and latinos are selling records now, there is no need for stuff like that. I don't know if maybe you've been living under a rock, but life is still really hard for a lot of minorities. There is still plenty of racism, stereotypes, and people being mistreated because of their skin color. So, yes... there is still a need for such organizations. None of these organizations teach black, or latino supremacy. It is nothing against white people. Therefore, it is not racism. And, guess what... white people do have their own college fund. Google it.

Because all award ceremonies that don't specify race were traditionally won by whites, and for the most part they still win the majority of categories. So contrary to your premise, everyone except whites did NOT have awards up until recently.

Oh shut up none of those things mentioned would have been started if it were not for racist white folks excluding anyone who did not look like them, so now since laws have been created and people are made to feel ashamed for being predjudice all of these organizations that started because of white hatred are supposed end? I think not!

Wow, i didn't realize that. Maybe some colored people need a boost because it tends to be us white people that do the racism...Im not one, but its really unfortunate. I am not upset or offended, thats just the culture of our fellow darker race.

technically whites can only be racist cause they have all the power. Being racist is having and feeling power over another race. Being a minority is awesome...

I completely agree with you, I'm white and tired of walking on eggshells so i'm not accused of being a "white nationalist" or a "Nazi" or anything along those lines. I guess it's the responsibility of reasonable folks like you and I to change the world, good luck!
