Saw an interview on Outside The Lines on ESPN this morning with Sammy Sosa, and he said he thinks he will be back in the Majors again soon, do you think he will? Or do you think his career is over?

If Sammy does play again, who do you think he will play for?

Probably not. He still thinks he's in his prime and thinks his $h!t doesn't stink. The Nationals offered him a contract last off-season for a base salary of $1 million with incentitives( I believe) and rejected it. I really hope he doesn't return. Thanks for the memories though, Sammy.

i think he will catch on with a team that's desperate and has a little extra cash to throw around. then he will see what everyone else saw years ago, that he is a flaky washed-up loser who pisses off everyone on his team. i'm so happy that he's so bad now, because now people aren't getting caught up in the "oh look at sammy, he's jumping, he's smiling, he must be great!" bullshit he pulled for so long. people never realized that no one on the cubs liked him very much, they just shut up about it because he got them wins. he showed his character by skipping out on the cubs' last game in the first few innings and then lying about it, and his teammates showed how much he was liked by breaking his famous boombox with a bat

Someone will give him a chance but now that he can't be on steroids he will continue to struggle. Also Saloman Torres helped to end his career by hitting him in the head and messing up his balance.

i hope not. he is a loser, and a known cheater from the 'roids to his corked bat debacle. when he left the cubs his teammates were dancing-they hated him.

btw didn't sammy look extra greasy in that interview?? made me want to disinfect myself in bactine all over my body just from watching that. gross.

I really hope he doesn't. i really doubt many legit teams will giv ehim a shot. The D-rays maybe just as a publicity stunt.
