Never regret anything you do or say, there is a reason for everything and everything has porpoise, Be kind and remind that person that they would not be where they are now if it where not for the support they received before, (Murphy's law) Then if they give you a hard time about it remind them that karma is a ***** and it will come back on them ten fold if there not careful. ether way you did the right thing so karma should have something good in store for down the road. Don't sweet it, live and learn. Good luck.

This has happened to me several times. Same thing, they're off and running, all lookatmei'msoamazing and everyone else is crap. UGH. And as for a thanks for all the help? Forget about it.

I stopped talking to them unless I had to for work purposes. Avoided breaks together, anything and everything. Shortly thereafter one decided she was too high on her horse and 'missed us all' and changed her tune. The others got bored of trying to brag when I wasnt listening and moved on to others.

Moral of the story... I'm careful of who I boost now :)

that person should be added to YOUR success list.. you were smart enough to encourage them... you should be smart enough to let them know theyre lucky they met you.
