Why is it that every workplace seems to have one know-it-all ******* and one butt-kissing suckhole?

I think it is because most people fall into 4 categories of resourcefulness in regards to getting ahead in the business world, Some just do the best job they can, some people try to make up for what they don't know by acting like they know more than they do, some people step on the backs of others and claim work as their own, then there's the ever lovable butt kisser. They try to influence the boss with flattery and service by maintaining a subservient attitude. The other types such as the I don't give a damn employees, and the complainers, are not of this category. they do not want to get ahead.
