Overstock.com carries several Movado watches. Not sure if you will find the older one, but you could also check e-bay for used watches.
I think I may have found the one you are looking for on ebay.

Since it's not new, keep your eye on eBay and related sites. You can set up email to be sent to you when any 1998 lady movado watch is listed.

go to the movado web site and order a catalog.Or check ebay. Also TJmax carries Movado sometimes

Thats an appealing watch and that i commonly do not look after Movado (mostly because i do not look after the black in various of of them) - although the single you've chosen in surely captivating!
