Hmmmmmmm.
I'm thinking wear a sheet,
try and stay out of the sun (ghost prefer a pale look no sun tan's),
speak softly; kind of whispery,
find out what his or her interests are??
You know reading, mountain biking, movies,
spend time getting to know each other,
don't come on too strong as ghosts are typically kind of squeamish.

your not crazy. dont worry.the thing you should do is:if you can feel or see its presence, calmly talk into the air and tell it you wont hurt , that your only trying to help it.it might come back.
