is wearing leggings or colred footless tights under shorts cute?? i am not sure if i like the style or not, what is you appinion.

I don't know about under shorts. It's certainly "in" right now to wear them under dresses, skirts or oversized shirts. But I would be careful about how you pull it off.

You say colorful, I wonder if you mean patterned or just one bright color. If they're patterned leggings, you need to wear them with one color, otherwise you run the risk of looking very... busy. Which can be bad. If they're one color, then by all means put a pattern over them. Make sure that the pattern you're putting on them doesn't contain an overwhelming amount of that color, but it does need to contain a little bit.

Go for the shorts and leggings. Worst case scenario? It isn't a hit and you don't do it again. I mean, come on... no one would have thought of bringing leggings back if Lohan hadn't gone out on a limb. It's 90% in the attitude. You can rock it if you believe you can!

No... sorry it looks ridiculous and tacky.

If you want to wear something w/ tights, you can wear:
1) With a sundress-
2) With a long top. No Midrifts or short tops(eww)
3) All black - black tights, black top, w/ black flats/heels.

What shoes would look best: Flats, flip-flops, or closed toe heels

Do not wear tights w/:
1) Never wear it w/ animal prints
2) Don't wear w/ shorts. In my opinion, I don't even like tights w/ skirts. It's old-not fashionable anymore, it's something a preteen or a prissy punk would wear
3) Don't wear it w/ short tops

The best types of leggings/tights are dark colored. Wearing bright ones are tacky... unless you want to wear as a costume.. i dunno.

i have seen girls wear them under short skirts but not shorts and it is cute on certain people, not to mean racist or anything but personally i think that white chicks look better when they do it not black girls. I am black and that style just does not look good on our race of people, well i have not seen anyonw look good in it, but the white girls always look cute.

hey.. i'm fashion design major... and leggings and shorts is not in style.. no offense.. leggings are in style with things like skirts, short dresses, and extra long shirts... try to match some cute beaded jewelry and some cute ballerina flats or heels.. and it's one awesome outfit! =]

Some people might give you looks but if it were me id go for it . It might look like leggings with a skirt which is all the rage. Go for it!!!

No, not under shorts, it looks tacky. Only wear them under a dress or shirt.

it all depends what you wear it with. Personally I prefer leggings with skirts and dresses, not shorts. But if you think it looks good, I think you could get away with it!
