I would say his son William gets the crown if Charles refuse the crown.

First in Line for the Throne is #1
If, for any reason, #1 is unable to become Soverign (or were to abdicate), then #2 would Succeed. Likewise, if #1 and #2 were unable; then #3 would be next.

The Crown goes to his son, William. After that, Harry is in line. After Harry, then we have Andrew. But if William has children by then, it will go through them first. And so on, and so on.
