When did you last change your oil in the gearbox?

Changing the fluid in the gear box might help. Also when you start the car leave it run in neutral with the clutch out for a minute or two the get things moving in the trans.

maybe you have the wrong oil in it, the T-5 used in Mustangs and Camaros use ATF :)

you can substitute Redline MTL for anything, 10w to 90w, that will make it shift nice and protect it too!

Might be low on trans fluid. Best to take it to your local mechanic and have it checked out.

Perhaps you need to have the lubricant (grease) in the gearbox (transmission) changed.

It might be that you need to flush the transmission oil and replace it with new

also might want to make sure the shift linkage isn't worn and is properly lubricated

You need to tell us the MAKE, MODEL, YEAR, and MILEAGE, then somebody can suggest something that isn't just a WAG.
