have a serious talk with them. Explain them that it affects your feelings and maybe your school work as well. Usually, it is normal for a couple to fight each other over things. Sometimes they pack their stuff and are mad in love 2h later. The fact that you have to believe it or not does not matter because it would hapenned again. If this situation still persists after your talk, look for help. tell to a person to whom you really trust and that is mature. It could be a close friend to your family, an aunt, or uncle. That person may be able to help you out.

really try to talk to sit the parents down and you and your brother should have a serious, mature chat about how their fighting makes you two feel

Do they have a drinking problem? You didn't mention alcohol, but it sounds like it to me. Keep talking to them until they LISTEN, or talk to someone who might be able to help. Anyone you can think of that can get through to them. And good luck.
