I remember The Yumbo well. It was introduced by BK back in 1969/70.
The advertising song went like this: "Oh I'm a new Yumbo/A Hot Ham & Cheese!/You Can Come To Burger King And Ask For Me Please!" ----I wish they would bring it back. It was a great sandwich. But considering how many people don't know about it-and never heard of it-you'd probably have to consult a Burger King Historian-to find anyone who knows anything else about it--and I doubt (sadly) they will ever bring it back...

I haven't heard that sandwich name in years! In fact, the last time was when I lived in Chas. WV--almost 30 years ago. Never saw it in any other part of the country. If I'm thinking of the same one, it was a hot ham and cheese sandwich on a bun--ham piled high and warm, gooey melted cheese, right? I wish they would bring it back--I'd start eating there again. Thanks for the memories.

im telling you I work for BK never heard of it or it coming back Im a manager I know all of this stuff..but it could also depend on the location...
