My eyes - people frequently complement my eyes. Once they were even described as "Eyes like the Queen of Sheba" - mind you this came from an ex flat mate - alcoholic Mauritian, tortured artiste type and quite insane - lol.

My smile. I used to think it was strange because I do not think of myself as an over-the-top happy person. But, I do try to smile at most people and I guess there are so many grumpy people around that people do notice a smile.
