Work really hard on schoolwork and it'll go by fast.

You cannot make them go any faster. You can, however, enjoy them more. "Time flies when you're having fun," as the saying goes. When I'm at work, I use a number of strategies to help me get through the day. First, find something to do other that watch the clock. If there's anything I've learned, it's that looking at the clock every two minutes does NOT help the time pass. Whatever it is you're doing, get into it like it was your own hobby. Make a game of it, if you can (I get "creative" when doing something as boring as stacking boxes).

Second, if you're body is busy but your mind is free to wander, let it. I daydream about things I like, make plans for my evening, and just generally think about stuff that's more pleasant than what I'm doing.

Third, multitask if you can. Talking with my coworkers gets me through the day nicely (it helps if you actually make friends with them - gives you more to talk about). I also spend a lot of time singing.

The reason the time seems to go slowly is because you want it to go fast. Once you let go of that wanting, and just enjoy where you are when you are there, the time will pass by just like that. That's my "secret!"

Keep busy. But why wish your life away? Enjoy every moment, and try to see even the things you're not keen on doing as a worthy challenge.

i would agree with uofmeuchre. keep yourself occupied. or if you don't know what that word means, it means busy. if you have free time, read a book, study for a test, do something physical..... that is what you can do if you have free time. Don't concentrate on the time. and..... during class you can just listen to the teacher and don't concentrate on the time. Hope this helps! =]
