I seem to have the same recurring dream that I am trying to escape from war planes which are dropping bombs. I am terrified in these dreams and wake up still shaking. My dreams always seem to have me 'escaping' from something or someone.

Recently I've been having really good dreams. Kind of constructive dreams where I do something usefull like solve a problem or something, but only when I'm listening to white noise.. yeah... I downloaded this thing called "1 hour superlearning" and its basically white noise with some other underlying tones. Its been sitting on my computer for about a year and the other day I thought I'd leave in on repeat on my laptop (it was a bit loud outside so I needed to cover it up). It works wonders!! I have slept like a log since doing that (4 days in a row so far) however the only downside is that it is imensly difficult to not go back to sleep when my alarm goes off!! I have to turn it off if I have any hope of awaking from my fantastic sleep!!!
I highly recommend giving it a go if you can find the thing I'm talking about!

I dreamt that Simon Cowell was judging a competition for a cookery show presenter that I had entered. Thing is, he was actually Gordon Ramsey but in Simon Cowell's body! He took a shine to me because he said I put a lot of passion into the role and he loved my smile!! He wanted me to win, but I don't know if I ever did because I was rudely awaken by the phone before I found out! This is sad. I must be watching far too much X factor!!

Sounds like there is an aspect of your life which is really getting you down and you want to ditch, could be a job, a relationship, you need to think on it.
I dreamt I was an 18th Century slave last night and have no clue why, maybe it's because I work in the NHS!

I had the weirdest dream that seemed so realistic - I was arrested for something or the other, and then woke up and found out it was a dream - then I woke up properly (if that makes sense) - I had a dream within a dream.

I get reoccuring dreams of plane crashes. Not very nice.

Dreams of running away and escape usually represents fear of something, the fear itself may have nothing to do with warplanes but maybe that is how your mind relates to the fear. Usually it more to everyday situations such as jobs, relationships or family. Everyone has different interpretations of dreams, that is my one.

I had a dream that my mama was making fried chicken. When I woke up, she was in the kitchen cooking and I told her about my dream. She responded, " You dreamed wrong, I'm baking pork chops"

I don't remember having a dream last night, but that does not mean that I didn't have one though. I just hope it was a nice pleasant one
