This female employee has been pick on by this super. for some time and makes no bones about wanting to get rid of her. Also every bartender is allowed to have a drink at the end of their shift. He also stated to me that she has made racial remarks about the Black members, which I dont believe. However I know he has made racial remarks about me when I was a bartender and officer of the club. His attitude is my way or noway.

Documentation is the key.
Harassment is a very poor standard and should not be tolerated by anyone.

go throught the chain of command and if that doesn't help file a complaint with your head office. if enough people complain about him they will be forced to do something.

I see so many whiners that cry over the smallest of things. Just because he doesnt kiss your butt and run the business the way you want him to doesnt mean crap . Get over it or get another job.
