It is hard to tell if a child is lazy or has a disability.
And parenting has a lot to do with how a child learns. As a matter of fact a parent is a child's first teacher. If that parent is doing EVERYTHING for that child, it teaches a child that if they hold out long enough the problem will work itself out or an adult will give them the answer.
