those aren't great signs, have your blood pressure checked by someone who knows what they're doing. or go to a grocery store/pharmacy that have bp machines. 120/80 is normal. but if all the symptoms you are talking about have suddenly come on and haven't resolved, i'd probably go to the ER, depending on your age, and other factors.

If your blood pressure is consistently high at the doctor's office, think about getting a home blood pressure kit (they sell them at Walmart) to test your blood pressure more often. High blood pressure does not have any symptoms. What ever is causing your symptoms may also be causing you to have high blood pressure. I would guess that you probably have low blood sugar. Try eating something with carbohydrates. If your symptoms go away within 30 minutes, see your doctor about diabetes testing. Actually, it wouldn't hurt for you to make an appointment with your doctor anyway. Just to find out what is going on. For the next few days while you wait for your doctor's appointment (since you don't need an emergency appt) keep track of what you are eating, when you are eating, when you feel the symptoms, and how long the symptoms last. That will help the doctor with a diagnosis. It could also be a food allergy.

Take a visit to your doctor, that is the only way to be sure, your doctor will monitor your blood pressure for a couple of weeks to make the determination.

Need to get your blood pressure taken by a medical person or at your pharmacy to know for sure. There are no signs you can reliably tell from.

I work on a stroke floor and you have symptoms that might be related. Do take it seriously, go to the ER. Don't detour and go somewhere to get your BP checked. They will do all that. But IF it is a stroke, immediate action is so important. I seen patients of all ages, so don't let that make you hesitant. Just go get checked, please, right away.
