No, because the two cell companies have incompatible networks. T-Mobile phones operate on a GSM network, while Virgin Mobile phones use Sprint's CDMA network.

If you'd like to use your SIM card in a prepaid phone, you'll need T-Mobile's To Go phone, or Cingular's Go Phone.
