How can you find out if someone is using a fake social security # who do you contact to report them?

You will need to have an official reason to know the answer. If you are an employer, you can go to the Soc. Sec. website, log on and verify the number. If you are just curious, you probably won't get the answer. Social Security number information is pretty secretive.
