It sounds crazy but I know a ghost is here. I can feel it and i see it sometimes. It's also extremely cold in my room always...No one else's room. Also how can I tell if it's a bad ghost or friendly ghost....Please help! I'm very scared!

You shouldn't be scared. Ghosts are merely spirits that have gotten trapped here for a variety of reasons. But they don't mean you any harm. Try to talk to it and tell it that you would like it to move on. Do some research on your house and see if you can find out if anyone died there or if there was any sort of tragedy there. If you can figure out who the ghost is, you might be able to help it move on or come to terms with it being there without being scared of it.

it's ironic that "mr.muscle" should be scared of a ghost but I do want to help you as i understand your fear.
First of all, a ghost wont hurt you, a poltergeist could, if provoked.
the fact that your room is always cool, however, is no indication of a haunting. you may just be blessed with more than adequate ventilation. a good test for mischieviouse spirits would be to set a crucifix upright on your dresser, if at some point it turns(with no help from you), call a priest or bless the room yourself.
another school of thought would suggest that if no harm has befallen you thus far, none will, and to ease your own mind, try thinking of the spirit as your friend. who knows, perhaps you'll get lucky and the spirit will make contact with you at some point.

There are more things on this earth and in the heavens than we will ever be able to comprehend. Never assume you're crazy, let others do that for you. ;)
If it's a ghost, then it is what it is. If it hasn't caused you any harm other than generating fear, it probably won't. Many 'ghost' sightings are nothing more than our imaginations playing tricks on us. I am undecided on ghosts, but I am willing to allow that I don't know everything, it would be nice if others felt the same way.
A friend told me that she believes that ghosts are just left over energy from when a person dies, like a movie clip that plays over and over again. The Egyptians believed in a multi-part soul, so she's not alone in her thinking at all. If ghosts are like movies, then you will never be able to communicate with it and it will never be able to harm you. :)
Be blessed. If it really, really bothers you, call a local Catholic or Wiccan Priest, they have ceremonies to clear hauntings.

Honestly? Try recording the room where you see it, to see if you can catch it on tape. To me, that's the ultimate test. If you can see it, but not capture it in some way, it could be something neurological. If you can see it, and also get it recorded, then you know there's something really out there. (Perhaps not a spirit of some dead guy, but something at least.)

I am taking your question seriously, just so you know... Don't be scared, be brave it cannot harm you....tell it to go away... tell it to leave... Say:" Go away, spirit" or something like that...it should work... you can tell if its evil if when you enter the room you feel a negative feeling....

It probably is a ghost, but you shal fear no evil, nor practice the way of the heathens, God will not let evil spirits mess with you.
The Bible clearly says this, I'm not making it up.

cyndie103 offers good advise. however i would talk to the pastor of my church about this problem. supernatural beings do exist and some are malevolent.i hopethis is untrue in your case

You are 100% correct - it is crazy.
Ghosts (friendly or not) do not exist, drafts from bad weather- stripping, defective insulation, or wornout windows do exist.
Just ignore it there really is nothing there.
