Remember, the 10x means 10x stronger, 10x better at running (not necessarily faster). You heal from an injury 10x faster. Your bones are 10x stronger. You can last 10x longer in sex. Only downfall of course is that you'd only make it to 100 via natural aging.

I would live as a young adult for 1000 years. I could make up for the times ten in 100 years and read and learn more than ever. With my eidetic memory and extremely high IQ, I would be the greatest polymath in history.
