Nobody knows the trouble I've seen.

I heard someone say it before, and i believe them. It's because nobody believes in the supernatural! It's God vs. the devil! It's angels vs. demons! It's good vs. evil! It's always like that! It seems that nobody believes there's a God, or a devil, or anything like that. God is mad about it, and lets bad things happen so that people will turn to Him, and pray to Him, and then they start to wonder if maybe they have some severe unrepented sin in their lives.

Some people believe that the devil takes advantage when someone is not a believer in God. Some people believe that the devil can't do anything to a person unless God first allows it. It's nowhere more shown than in the Biblical story of Job, where God "enlisted" the devil to cause terrible calamities in Job's life, as a test, so God can find out just how faithful Job is. Job always loved God, and had tremendous faith in Him, but take away his family, his farm, cause boils and other health problems, and would Job still believe? Yes, he did still believe and have faith in God! He didn't turn against God.

Perhaps that's what God is allowing, in an age where there is tremendous sin everywhere in the world. Instead of testing one person, Job, maybe God is testing everyone in the world?!

Isn't it strange that there are now more Muslims on the earth than there are Christians? The Holy Land, where the "Big Three" religions are based (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam), has seen a big-time drop of Christianity in that area. It seems that Christians are being almost run out of the area. God is no doubt angry about this, and perhaps that's why there are so many problems in the middle-east.

I believe that there is so much trouble in this world for several reasons. One is that the 1% of the people in this world that control 90% of the resources in this world don't realize that everything in this world belongs to everyone in this world, and they think that they own what they control and they won't share. Another reason is that too many people think that we are all separate from each other, when in reality we are all one....all one with God and with each other. Another reason is that most of the major religions teach that they have the only true path to God, when in reality there is no one path that is superior to any other. The major religions tend to use fear to control the masses, and look down upon people who question and think for themselves, because they might come up with there own answers, and the religions can't abide that.

Of course! It's an extension of the world's need to blindly follow something, such as religion, politics, or ideas.

For example, some people need to claim God as their defender for everything and tell you that it's god's fault that your life is terrible, etc, instead of sitting down and thinking about the problem.

This trend of following rather than thinking is perhaps the greatest cause of trouble in the history of the world.

Because it is filled with ignorant people that think they know better than everybody else, and sometimes use force to impose their will on others. Fundamentalist Islamic extremists are only one example. Conservatives in this country (USA) were trying to enforce compliance with their views through political coercion not very long ago too. The 2006 elections shows what can happen with that way of thinking.

I think the people who preach to end trouble in the world actually keep the trouble going. For example, the Rev. Jesse Jackson. He constantly preaches about racism. However, he doesn't let racist situations find him, he TRIES to find racism in all situations he addresses .

I suspect it might have something to do with the uneven distibution of wealth and land.

Religion, or rather the highjacking of it, seems to cause a bit of trouble too.
