NO you don't get breast cancer from shaving your armpits and applying deodorant or anti-perspirant- it cracks me up some of the things that people believe. And BELIEVE ME I'm not laughing at you - I'm just laughing period. Some of the old wife's tales that people get sucked into is just comical. Breast Cancer is formed from inside the body - not from the outside. So, shave away and don't worry and put on all the deodorant you want - you'll be fine unless breast cancer does run in your family - then I'd definitely get checked yearly and have regular mammograms. And even if it doesn't run in your family - it's safe & the right thing to do to get mammograms (just like you do a pap-smear). Better be safe than sorry.

That is absolutely NOT true!!!! Shaving and anti-perspirant have absolutely nothing to do with breast cancer.

Not true at all. If it was going to cause any cancer it would not be that far away from where the action is taking place. Besides, it does not start that way in the first place.

No, you will not get breast cancer. What you will get is clogged pores in your armpits. The doctor will have to pull the spaghetti looking strings out of your pores. Try waxing, it lasts longer which means there is less risk of clogged pores.

it's only if the deoderant has aluminum or some form of aluminum.
that can be a threat to your health because aluminum is somewhat poisonous.
