Could be you are very gassy. Lie down..rub your tummy with mild pressure. Could be you need to go take a dump..many reasons besides just pregnancy.

You can be pregnant if you feel nothing.
There are no differences between PMS symptoms and the signs of early pregnancy. Theyre exactly the same, and just because you've never gotten a certain PMS symptom before doesnt mean you cant develop it out of no where.
Wait until you're late and take a test.

Yes, could be, but you can't usually tell until 2 weeks after you've missed your period.
Best to wait - if you miss go to the doctor. Don't trust those drug store pregnancy tests

you can always be pregnant, but I'd see if you're constipated or have a stomache virus first. Then in a week or so take a test.
