when i see this guy there's like a...stimulation feeling i get. i find him so attractive. he is gay. i think about him all the time. once and a while he's in my dreams. very nice dreams i may add.
i find his personality completly desireable. what should i do, should i talk to him and ask him out.

Don't ask him out. DO talk to him and get to know him first. THEN after wards, when your instincts tell you the time is right, ask him out.

How do you think he feels about you? Does he seem interested? I think you have nothing to lose, really....just keep it friendly at first...like go to coffee or lunch. Go somewhere you can talk and enjoy each others company. Good luck to you!!!
