How do I completely send my emachines computer to just out of box condition?

I System Restored back to day one's time but thats after some stuff I do not want got put in.

According to the question, I think you want to restore it? If you still have the restore CD's, put in CD 1 and restart the computer. From there it will load the restore screens.

The piece under it, I could not understand...
