its been 3 weeks since I have had sex with my boyfriend, I had my period on time as usual but the problem I am having is that I only had it for one day, when I usually have it for 3 or 4. I have been getting the backaches I hear about and swollen breasts and slight nausea. I took two tests and they both came out negative. Could I still be pregant despite still getting my period, and should I even bother with another hpt or just get to the doctor, or just not worry at all.

If you had your regular 3 or 4 day period I'd say you weren't pregnant. But since you just had it 1 day and it stopped I'd say you might be. Usually when a woman has her normal period with red blood and its really heavy lasting 3-6 days that means they aren't pregnant. Anything else is a mystery and something you are going to have to ask a doctor.

Sounds like an early miscarriage to me. Two negative tests would indicate you are not pregnant.

Use birth control next time.

It is possible. Wait about another week or 2 before you take another test. It is even more likely if your cycle was not bright red in color.

You could have been noticing implantation bleeding and mistook it for your period. I would go to the doctor just to be safe!
