The main thing you want to do is make sure that you work all parts of the abs. Here are some exercises that benifit each:
Upper Abs:
-Decline Crunches
-Swiss Ball Crunches
Lower Abs:
-Reverse Crunches
-Hanging Leg Raises
Obliques:
-One Arm Deadlifs
-Cable Pull Side Crunches
Core:
-Woodchops
-Swiss Ball Roll-Outs
No matter how much exercise you do, nothing will benefit your abs like a proper diet. Great abs come mostly from maintaining a low body fat%.
