Female bartender susp. for being drunk by her super. on his word alone with no witnessess. Female bartender served susp. but all monies and days returned when Executive Board ruled in favor of her apppeal. She now wants to sue because her super. wrongfully suspended her. She's calling it harrrassment.

No it is not harrassment.

I am so SICK of all the harrassment suits that I could HURL! Maybe too many lawyers with big car payments?

Unless the super. asked for a "favor" in return for special treatment she doesn't have a leg to stand on.

You do NOT suspend a QUALITY employee without cause unless there are other issues.

You haven't provided any evidence of harassment. So, without the evidence, such a suit would fail. She was suspended, but the loss of wages because of the suspension were returned. So, as the legal people say, she was made whole.
