breast milk is a brain thing its hard to explain but its like this .. when the baby is born you start to produce and normaly not until then its your brain telling your body okay its time.. so if your baby when you hold hims just rubs around there this is going to happen.. one option is to buy a cheap hand pump and relieve it some.. trick your body into thinking you are weening the baby so lets say for three days pump three times then the fourth day pump twice then at the eigth day once then the tenth stop... this will tell your brain to tell your body she's weened the child.. otherwise another option is the doctor has a pill that will stop you and dry you up.. not sure how much cost though

I think there is a pill you can take to stop producing milk. My mom did not breastfeed me (I didn't want it), or my brother and the doctor gave her a pill right away so she would stop producing milk. She didn't have any problems with leakage after leaving the hospital.

Don't stimulate your breasts. Don't check to see if they are still making milk. Try not to let hubby play with them for a while. If they get stimulation, they'll keep producing.

i know this might sound a liittle strange, but it worked for me, i use to put cold cabbage leaves on my breasts, and keep them on there all day, at night i'd take them off, it totally dried out all my milk within 3-5 days.i know its crazy but it worked!!!
