Have I gone over the top? I didn't interpret your question to be about the "ability" to speak, make speeches & so on. I just thought you meant--more like--words or action. If so, I'd say it's very easy to "speak" but hardly ever accomplishes anything. Taking a position, & taking action is something requiring commitment & energy. If I misunderstood your question, I'm sorry. (& I apologize to everyone else!)

depends where you are good at..
most people find acting harder than speaking..
i mean, well you can speak and speak but you won't be able to act as easily..
and speaking makes use of your brain and mouth and maybe some organs in your throat but acting may require every part of your body to move.

Speak. You need to pronounce the words clearly. Look at everyone while speaking.
if you stand while speaking you must stand correctly, not slouch.
Acting you can move around , you don't need to keep eye contact as much.

I think it depends on what the act is and if the person is a big fan of talking or not.

to act of course because you dont merely have to get the story or point across but you have to be someone your not. but then again normally if your acting then you like to get in front of people so it probably isnt as hard

speak because when you are speaking you are facing alought of people which has a greater chance of nervousness and when your acting (usualy) your facing one person or two and you can put your mind only on them
