Check your My documents folder. Program setup files, documents, pictures, music, and video do not show up on your programs list and they often take up the most space. Search around in your other folders for things you have downloaded (it's easy to lose track how much stuff you get off the net).

Clean out C:\temp and the personal temp folder under your Profiles \Local Settings folder. Also, check out the temp folders of other profiles that exist. Remove any unnecessary games or apps. Check for Spyware with Spybot and Adaware. It might be virus activity too.

Did you put any DVDs/movies on your computer? Also, if you have a large music library that can take up alot of space, especially if you imported them in .wav or .cda format.
