I'm larger than you - most shops these days do sell larger sizes, but Evans is specifically 16+ and quite trendy these days.
Online there's a site called PlusSizeClothing.co.uk which lists many of the plus size websites. There is a lot out there if you look. Simply Be is quite good.
I'd have thought you'd be able to get 14-16 in most shops like Top Shop, etc these days, as it's widely acknowledged now that the average size is 16, and I've browsed some of the High Street shops with friends, all seem to go up to 18 and many to 22 now - Dorothy Perkins certainly does too.

If you like Express' style, you may want to see if there is a Lane Bryant around your area. Just go to their website and find a store. Or I'm sure you can order online also. You may also want to try Old Navy. They carry great clothes at reasonable prices and they are very fashion foward. THey carry up to size 18. They have great dress pants and cute tops...also Oldnavy.com has great shipping offers around this time of the year.
