Shrillery and Osama Obama are pretty smart. They fooled enough people into voting them in office, twice for the carpetbagger from Arkansas! That's proof enough for me!

No - if we started IQ testing the candidates, we would have to start from scratch.... which wouldn't make it a bad idea.
I would probably wager that they both have high IQ's though... I would much rather see obama run for office than clinton but I don't doubt that either of them are intelligent.
I also happen to think that Bush is a little smarter than people give him credit for.... even a total bafoon will guess the right answer SOME of the time... but he has just "stayed the course".
