www.elimjewelry.com then go to the carrie collection they do a great selection of chains at a good price but the letters arent large(it thats wat your going for?)
you could also try idan jewelry they don't do doubleplate but a double weight, large one in english and hebrew. The font styles at idan are the best on the net and extremely good value try their ebay store or website http://search.stores.ebay.com/Idan-Jewelry or www.idanjewelry.com
hope this helps i have a big love for nameplat necklaces!!!

By the way all of you that dont know elim jewelry do double nameplate necklaces in silver with or with diamond "i" and in a bracelet

Not sure what you mean by "cheap", but looking around a bit, seems these guys have a large selection -

There are plenty of websites out there, but if you want something cheap AND personalized, it won't be so easy. I doubt anyone will custom make a nameplate in anything but gold.

I have seen them. Type in custom nameplate necklaces. I have also seen belt buckles, some that flash, and others that scroll a message across it. Yahoo works best for looking.
