The boiling point depends on the strength of intermolecular forces. The stronger these forces are, the higher the boiling point.

Practically, only C2H5OH is able to form H-bonds (C2H5SH might form very weak H-bonds) so it will have the strongest intermolecular forces and highest boiling point.
