can people still see where ive been looking...no i dont go to porn..but im sure my boss wouldnt be impressed with all the questions i answer here

it won't make any difference, 99% of workplaces don't have a seperate/direct internet connection for every pc and the internet access of every computer is instead routed through a main server.
this server keeps a log of all sites visited, along with a day and time, how long you were on that site, and the username of the person who visited that site - deleting the history in internet explorer has no effect to that because the logs are locked away on the server, and not on the computer that was being used.
likewise most company networks have the ability to actively watch your screen as you see it at any point in time without you knowing, it's a standard feature built into server operating systems that's used to remotely assist a user by being able to see their screen and move their keyboard and mouse without being there.

there are many work places where they track everything you do...they have a special place where people go and see exactly what you do in the computer...not all work places have it...depending on what type of job you have will determine if they have a tracking thing...you have the right to know if you are being monitered so you should ask someone...

If your company has tracking software, then it won't matter how often you clean the temporary files. The stuff it recorded live and then your boss can check your browsing history using the archiving spyware that way...

Depends if your work checks computer statis, If they do which I'm pretty sure they would...than they may know what you've done
