I go to this neighborhood park after skool to play basketball. and theres always this guy there watching us. hes pretty young hes around 20yo.and at first he was pretty cool. he would come over and play b-ball wit us. but about 2 week ago i found him on myspace and his profile had naked pics of him wit boys my age. and i told my dad and he called the cops. but the cops say theres nothin they can do bc they cant b sure tht its him in the pics. so he like still hangs out at the park. i still wanna play b-ball but i cant b around him. what can i do?

Go to the myspace home page. At the bottom click on contact us. Send them an email about the porno pictures and ask them to contact local authorities because of the situation you described. I don't know if myspace will contact the police but it's worth a try. In the meantime, don't go near the guy and tell all your friends about him. If you can, go to a different park.

Well im not sure how old you are, but if he has naked pics of little boys under the age of 18 he most certainly can be arrested for having child porn.
If this really s the case your Father need to be more proactive and get this guy off the streets. If it was me and some strange guy was stalking my kid, naaa there would be an **** woopin in order.

Sorry - this is just a story. If this happened, the police would have arrested him on suspicion while they investigated. And if he had ANY kind of pictures with nude children on them, that would be an offense, even if the pictures didn't include him - it's still kiddie porn. As someone else pointed out MySpace doesn't allow nude pictures of adults, never mind kids.

Well your best bet is to keep calling the cops if he is hanging out there. But keep in mind if you continue to play b-ball at this park, you may become another statistic.

Tell your school teachers, school officials and the PTA about him. There is always power in numbers. If a great number of people gang up on this guy, the cops will do something about it.
