I can remember starting to watching American Football when Channel 4 started here in the uk in 1982. I became a Dolphins fan when I saw them getting beat.
If I remember this correctly it was a playoff game. Can anyone tell me how far they went and if they got though their division, who knocked them out?

they beat the new york jets 14-0 in the afc championship game and then lost the superbowl to the washington redskins. they were quarterback by david woodley who would eventually be replaced by a college prospect called dan marino

1982 was the strike shortened season. Miami made it to the super bowl and lost to the redskins.
