Delete it from iTunes and then the next time you sync it, it should be gone from the iPod.

If you want it in iTunes but not on your iPod, uncheck the box in iTunes. Only those that are checked get moved to the iPod.

In your iTunes library, right click the song, select delete. Next time you plug in your iPod, it will automatically remove it from it.

Restore it to delete all songs and connect it to your computer and open iTunes to select which songs to delete.

just delete it from your iTunes music library. if you want to have it in your library but not in your iPod, that's a little trickier.
