The same thing it means in English, to put ones lips on another person's body or to blow a smack to another person. To exchange oral bodily fluids by two people pressing lips together and caressing each others tongues around each other (French kiss). Or to press ones lips together in kiss fashion or style. Or the word in Spanish for kiss is Beso, which is what I really think u were asking right?
